A. Hi, you can start with a healthy, balanced and homecooked foods. include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water for hydration. avoid junk, processed, fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours intervals. stick to your meal timings. start with walk, yogq or some exercise.
