It will take little time to shed of this weight but u can loose this
As now5 month are over post c sec you can start with little exercise like walking for 15-20 min twice and slowly increase the time
Have a healthy diet now
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Replace white sugar with jaggery or stevia , avoid maida and maida made products like biscuit, cookies, bread
Start your meal with a bowl of salad and chia seed water
Include protein like paneer, curd, milk, dal, beans, oats, quinoa, eggs, soya, sprouts in all three meals
Have 2-3 litre of water everyday
