So start weight reduce from 3-4 months onwards.
At present har balanced diet with calcium iron rich foods.
Have more water, fluids which helps in reducing weight.
Breast feed your baby this is the best and easiest way to reduce weight.
Avoid oily/junk/processed foods which will put on extra weight.
