eat wisely
avoid high calorie foods
eat good protiens , have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
