A. Hello It seems it 4 month since C section so now u can start eating with portion control along with little physical exercise Have small and frequent meals Include protein with every meals like paneer, dal, sprouts, soya, beans, egg, lean chicken , milk, curd.. Start your lunch and dinner with a bowl of salad and water Replace wheat roti and white rice with jowar, bajra, ragi, brown rice , daliya Water 3 litre per day Include 2 fruits every day Walk for 15 min twice a day and pranayam once a day After 6 month you can start with intense workout Include 1-2 tsp chia seeds in a day

A. Hi parents please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
