It seems it 4 month since C section so now u can start eating with portion control along with little physical exercise
Have small and frequent meals
Include protein with every meals like paneer, dal, sprouts, soya, beans, egg, lean chicken , milk, curd..
Start your lunch and dinner with a bowl of salad and water
Replace wheat roti and white rice with jowar, bajra, ragi, brown rice , daliya
Water 3 litre per day
Include 2 fruits every day
Walk for 15 min twice a day and pranayam once a day
After 6 month you can start with intense workout
Include 1-2 tsp chia seeds in a day

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily
please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
