Weight gain or belly fat needs to be assesed for hormonal problems like thyroid etc . Also for weight loss need to take a proper balanced nutrition and a good physical activity is needed.

Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars, eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Try doing yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
