A. You can do Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling. have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary n junk foods

A. hello actually it is very hard but we have to dedicate for few days like a proper dieting little bit of exercise stress free you have to relax everything matters a lot so overall a good extra care is a must
