Weight gain can be due to hormonal issues, inactivity and bad lifestyle
Get a blood test to rule out hormonal issues
Increase the intake of fibre by adding more vegetables and fruits , oats, ragi, jowar, bajra, brown rice, daliya, wheat with bran in the diet
Add proteins in the diet like paneer, toned milk, curd, sprouts, daal, rajma, chana, chola, soya, eggs
Take jeera ajwain and cinnamon water in the morning
Take green tea twice a day
Restrict the intake of bakery products, fried foods, salty food like packaged and namkeen foods, sugar and sugary drinks, sweets in the diet
Workout for 45 min daily
