Hello now you can start with regular physical activity for atleast 1hr, start food with nutrients dense , good quality protein like milk and milk products, whole grins, dal, nuts veg sources of protein and non veg , add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meal
please do some exercise and yoga at early morning
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
