To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body.
Do exercise only if ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. If there is pain then u can wait for one two months more.
Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
