A. Have oats for breakfast. Eat steamed vegetables. Cut back on carbohydrates at night. Drink water before meals. Advance your dinner mealtimes to 7 or 7:30 as this will allow the digestion process to take place before you sleep. Walk whenever you can. Stay away from caffeine. Stick to home cooked food. Keep stress levels to minimum. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Eat high fibre snacks.
