A. hello dear mom to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 4months

A. Hi parent Walk more Practice yogasana and upavasa Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water for drinking , packaged and processed food , maida and sugar. Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take more millets than cereals or pulses
