Have small and frequent meals
Increase protein like paneer, milk, curd, soya, eggs, chicken, oats, beans, sprouts, daal in your diet
Have more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Reduce the intake of bakery products , fried and salty food, achar, sweets and sugary drinks, sugar and extra ghee..
Water 3 to 2l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily

I would suggest you to take a balanced diet it is very important to take good amount of fluids and season fruits and vegetables so that you can get enough roughage from your diet apart from this in case you would like to start with yoga I would suggest you to go ahead with Surya namaskar in the beginning it is OK to do one set which means twelve times from each side
