A. dear mom start with 5 sets of suryanamskar then gradually increase it to 7, 11, 13 eat wisely avoid high calorie, sugary, bakery , freid foods in your diet

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to do yoga everyday in the morning it is advisable to do it on an empty stomach every day this will definitely help to reduce extra belly fat
