#askexperts how can i reduce my weight as well as my fat stomach?

A. dear mom as of now you must be breastfeeding so have good protiens, vegetables , fruits, hydrate yourself well this will also help in better quality of milk and weight loss

A. Hi mom Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery when ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, jogging to shed extra kilos from your body and reduce your belly fat.
