Aparna SsharmaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. to reduce fat start doing exercise like yoga and walking. eat nutritious and healthy diet and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. you can also take mamaearth apple cider vinegar. it is a natural product but not recommendable for pregnant woman or a breastfeeding mom. it helps in weight loss and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. I am taking it and it helped me a lot but I am doing all of the above.

After your baby turned six months old you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least fo 40 minutes early morning to get better results and early. And also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan.
