#askexperts my weight is ok but my stomach is out ,i want to reduce my belly fat

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try doing yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
