after cesarean, i want loss my weight

A. dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast good water intake begin to exercise after 6 weeks of resting period after c section.
