If it’s over 6 months for the c section then you can start with exercise and diet as both are required for weight loss but if it’s less then 6 months then wait for 6 months
Have small and frequent meals
Include more proteins and fiber in the diet like paneer, soya, sprouts, oats, quino, all types of daal, ragi, jowar, bajra, some dry fruits except cashews, green vegetables, beans, fresh and seasonal fruits , eggs as they help in weight loss
Have jeera and ajwain water on empty stomach
Water 2 to 3 l per day
Restrict the intake of bakery products, sweets and sugary drinks , namkeen, fried foods
Go for walk or yoga or cycling or aerobics for at least 45 mins daily
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please enjoy the motherhood. and please have rich fiber and proteins diet. and also follow the regular Excercise routine after doctor evaluation.
