* Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day.
* Have a healthy and balanced diet.
* Eat short and frequent meals
* Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
* Have a good breakfast and light dinner
* Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day
* Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.
