The few common tips to lose weight in a healthy way are- * Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day. * Have a healthy and balanced diet. * Eat short and frequent meals * Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. * Have a good breakfast and light dinner * Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day * Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

A. U Should go for proper exercising and dieting if you want to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner and this is a lot of people prefer going for intermittent fasting for a minimum of 12 to 16 hours that’s also going to be helpful in reducing down your weight in a proportionate manner
