Q.

is there any rule for family planning operation with 2nd cesarean section delivery? my first child is 2 yr old and I am currently 8th month pregnant. I want to do family planning operation with c section.

A. you can get ligation. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. All postpartum women, including those who are breastfeeding or have had a cesarean section, appear potentially suited to intrauterine contraception, a long acting reversible contraceptive (LARC). Like any other method used after delivery, it should not interfere with lactation or be affected by cesarean section
