ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. usually six weeks. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Its Not connected with your family planning operation in general also a lot of women do not resumed their periods after their delivery for a really long time so probably that would be the case with you as well so whenever your body is ready will get your periods
