A. Hi To lose weight start exercising daily for 45 minutes atleast av oid sugary, junk foods, sweets, fried foods eat more of Vegetables, salads, sprouts buttermilk, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, low fat paneer, Dal's, sprouts, fruits . keep doing for atleast 6 to 8 months
