A. weight sudden gain hai to get your thyroid level and sugar levels check.. take care of diet.. as restrict sugar sweet intake.. avoid oil spicy foods.. drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water.. start with yoga or brisk walking or some exercise.. gradually increase the intensity..
