what exercises should i do after cesarean for weigt loss

A. you have to wait at least 6 months for doing any moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga after the cesarean section take diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrates

U Didn’t mention it as to when did you have your C-section how many months back so I will not be able to advise you with the kind of exercises you should start now if you completed a minimum of six months a little bit of brisk walk is fine but you should consult your doctor they will tell you the right thing
