A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, jogging. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits. Have dinner two hours before bedtime
