A. Hi mom If u are overweight, then start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Or u can also have jeera water daily. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Avoid eating rice and potatoes. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc
