#askexperts i m overweight my heightbis 5.2 inch and my weight is 68 kgs.how to reduce weight. my size is L.

A. dear mom exercise for half an hour daily, like jumping, walking, skipping, dancing eat wisely, have good protiens , variety of vegetables , fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well avoid fried, high calorie foods

Hello ma’am Just take a proper diet from a dietician to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner and also I would advise you to go for any kind of workout that you would want to go like Zumba yoga Pilates brisk walk gymming what ever you like to do just go for a proper workout along with the diet
