A. To reduce weight after delivery, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling and Yogasanas. Drink lukewarm jeera water first thing in the morning.
