A. Hello mom If your baby is six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly. You guys very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan to lose weight fast. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
