A. Wait for 3 months atleast and initially start with walking and gradually increase the physical activities according to your comfort and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweets intake

A. you can start exercise around 4-6months after c section delivery as you feel comfortable or cured and healed up.. also take care of diet.. have frequent meals.. restrict sugar sweet intake.. have plenty of water.. prefer warm water.. avoid oily spicy foods..
