#askexperts I am active all day and I do regularly exercise but I gain weight

A. dear mom check what are you eating try to.eat good protiens variety of vegetables fresh fruits hydrate yourself well change the form.of exercise and see if there is any result

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you have to follow the regular exercise and yoga along with the rich fiber and proteins food.. also avoid oily junk and packed food. also do yoga planks as it is the best way to loose belly fat. take care
