A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight naturally. Choose friendly proteins. Exercise regularly. Exercise atleast 30 mins. Cut down refined carbs, sugar, fried food items etc. Drink plenty of water.
