Hello ma’am If you are stitches are healed completely after your delivery then it would be best for you to go for a proper diet and workout for the same because it is the best way to lose on your weight. So go for any kind of workout that suits you the best and you’re most comfortable with and take a proper diet from a dietician to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
