A. Dear ma’am, in the initial few months don’t exhaust yourself by trying to diet. You need to nourish your health in order to nourish the body but consume plenty of fluids, fruits, veggies and leafy greens. Cut down on sugar, Maida. Switch to brown rice if possible. Get 1 hour of brisk walking daily. This should help.
