Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Be conscious while taking carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
