Have small and frequent meals
Take jeera and ajwain water empty stomach in morning
Go for 45 min workout it can be walk, running, cycling, aerobics any thing
Do not skip breakfast
Have more vegetables in the meals
Take salad before meals
Add protein in each meal like daal, sprouts, soya, paneer, curd, oats, eggs, beans
Reduce the intake of bakery products,namkeen, fried food, sweets and sugar

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meal
please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
please avoid oily and spicy food
