eat wisely and exercise for half an hour daily
if you eant weight gaining foods for baby
include good protiens, dals, eggs , chicken can be given if the baby has completed 1 year of age

Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
