A. Hi To lose weight, you can do this 1. Include exercise for 45 minutes daily 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods 3. Include lot of vegetables, Dal's, milk, egg white, low fat paneer, chicken in your meals.

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily w please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
