Have over night soaked 5 raisins and 1 or 2 strands of saffron in water 10 days before your periods start
Increase intake of fruits and vegetables, daal, sprouts, beans, soya, green vegetables, onion , garlic, ginger, curd, oats, ragi, jowar, bajra, quinoa egg white in diet
Reduce the intake of fried food, namkeen, sugar and sugary drinks and sweets, bakery products
Have 2 tsp flaxseeds and chia seeds before lunch
Water 2l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily
