after c-section when we can start excercise to reduce weight and fat

A. yes but not at this time. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routin e.

A. After six months you can start with brisk walking and after about 8 to 10 months of your delivery where your internal stitches are healed and you are fit to go for it then you can go for a proper work out and that too after consulting a gynaecologist
