I have c section delivery before 2 months ago.. which excercise I should start to reduce weight?

A. Dear mum, before you begin to exercise, consult your doctor to check how your wounds have healed. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Gradually increase the intensity of exercise.
