Q.

my weight was 68 at before delivery. I had C section. So after how many months I can start excercise? will it effect on my stitches?

A. Dear mum, you can begin to exercise at least after 6 weeks of resting period. You should also consult your doctor before you begin to exercise and check how your wounds have healed.
