when to start excercise and yoga after c section delivery?

A. six months after. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. After six months you can go ahead with basic brisk walking and little bit of mild yoga can be done but a proper exercise and can only be done after about 9 to 10 months of your C-section delivery because the stitches take a lot of time to heal in general
