A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly..so you can start with walk only for now..make an exercise routine only after completion of one year

A. hi after 6 months of delivery ,you can start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc. along with that ,eat couple of bites less than usual eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more increase your Fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning maintain good hygiene
