You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for mufscle strengthening which should gfbe gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
