how to reduce weight and belly fat without excercise..

A. do exercise, yoga ,drink hot water ,drink jeera water,have salad in your diet ,pranayam,daily 30 min walk ,if u have belly fat then wear belt

A. Hi. without exercise it's not possible...a mild exercise or walk + control food portions can help you... All the best 👍

A. not possible to reduce the weight with out the exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
