after c SECTION I want to lose my weight quickly my weight 76 kg n my baby is 2.5 month old .plz advice some remedies n exercise.

A. Hello mom for exercise your doctor that is your gynaecologist will provide with some post delivery exercises please follow that , as now your body also needs rest to recover , after about 6 months or so you can start with some physical exercise for about 30 to 45 mins daily. Next coming to diet as whatever you consume does have an effect on quality of your milk production, so you can for now limit your intake of sugary , refined and processed foods
