A. Hi.. I would not recommend you to start exercising now.. you can wait till your bany is 4 months old, then you start with light exercises and then gradually make it intense

A. try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
