Coriander leaves 1 tsp chopped
Ghee or cooking oil 2 tbsp
Water 3 cups
Cashews 5
Jeera ½ tsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Hing A pinch
Salt As per taste

  1. Boil the water in a pan and add a few drops of oil.
  2. Add the seviyan to the water and cook it for 3-5 minutes or until it turns soft.
